On 3 March 2018, MTCC and Kelab Malaysia of Thailand (KMT) co-organized a Chinese New Year 2018 Celebrations at Ramada Plaza Bangkok. This second gathering was a great success with a turnout of over 300 people.
The event’s Guest of Honour was the Ambassador of Malaysia, H.E. Dato’ Jojie Samuel, Patron of both MTCC and KMT. The evening kicked off with speeches by the President of KMT, Mr. Ten Voon Teng, the Chairman of MTCC, Mr. Yeap Swee Chuan, followed by H.E. Dato’ Jojie Samuel.
The party was a grand celebration with a sumptuous dinner, plenty of fun and exciting entertainment in the shape of Shows and Lucky Draws. There were also lion dance and Guzheng show to uphold the Chinese New Year mood.
Overall it was an enjoyable night to celebrate and get-together to socialize and renew old acquaintances and make new ones. Looking forward to the next festive gathering already.
