About Us
In 1998 Kim Eng Holdings Limited gained total control of Nithipat Capital and Securities Co., Ltd. In 2002, Kim Eng merged with Yuanta, acquiring 77.73% of Yuanta (Thailand) Co., Ltd. In 2011, Maybank has acquired 100% of Kim Eng Holdings Limited as the major shareholder, and as of October 31, 2011, after the tender offer process, Kim Eng Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries hold 83.74% of paid-up shares excluding treasury shares and restructure the shareholder structure. Maybank Kim Eng Holdings Company Limited became our major shareholder and holds 83.50% shares.
